The Brief: The client wanted luxury-grade production on a broadcast timeline, featuring three models, four full look changes, and a cinematic art direction brief — all delivered in a single-day shoot for a 360 degree campaign spanning TV, cinema, social media and OOH.



The Response:
As Executive Producer, I oversaw the full delivery — managing studio logistics, 35+ crew, assigning director to the project, and client-side coordination for three global fashion brands with distinct styling identities.


Execution Highlights

Pre-production sourcing and problem solving:
Located and secured specialist silver sheeting for the set floor on a 24-hour turnaround to realise the Director’s mirrored-surface vision. Coordinated delivery within tight pre-light window (studio access began at 6am for an 8am shoot start).

On-set Client and creative leadership:
Managed a major on-set change when the client overruled the Director’s creative decision to retain the mirrored floor. Directed art department removal at speed, suggested adjustment from shot list, tightly directed 1st AD to maintain shoot schedule, and amplified confidence in both creative and client teams.

Brand harmonisation:
Balanced aesthetic and product representation for Zara, Jigsaw, and Phase Eight — liaising with each client's styling leads to preserve brand distinctions while delivering a unified visual narrative.

Team leadership:
Directed pace and delivery across all departments — styling, lighting, camera, and cast management — to ensure a seamless broadcast outcome under intense time constraints.

On-Set Leadership:
With a crew of 35 and three models on-set, I steered the production through the pivot without delays — keeping morale, vision, and momentum aligned, and delivering premium footage across four lighting setups and multiple costume changes.
